Sardor is a serial tech entrepreneur and a public speaker who currently holds a position as the COO and Managing Partner at Jafton.com and Missed.com and a Co-Founder of UzbekDiaspora.com, the global nonprofit that brings together Uzbekistanians living abroad.

He is the first Uzbek to join Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Sardor is also the youngest speaker ever to perform on the biggest business forum called Synergy Global and the biggest podcast conference called Podcast Movement where he spoke among people like Mark Cuban, Gary Vee, and Richard Branson. Among other notable achievements is being the youngest member ever of the Forbes Business Council.

Sardor is a subject matter expert in chatbots and voice technology and has experience launching and successfully scaling multiple tech companies from scratch. He currently consults more than 10 organizations on product development, scaling, and product-market fit. Sardor’s clients range anywhere from startups like Blockgains.io to international organizations like USAID.
