Melissa has experienced a lot of hardship over her life. At a young age, she lost her father in a car accident and was a survivor of sexual abuse. Melissa also grew up in a low-income neighbourhood in Chicago. Even though she had to overcome many challenges and obstacles, Melissa thrived in an educational environment. She was always passionate about reading and writing, and she was a high achiever in school. She is very active with different school activities and have received many honors and accolade. She also graduated as the Salutatorian of his class.

However, following school, Melissa had to overcome even more challenges, including homelessness and domestic violence. She came through the other side, stronger and even more determined to make a successful career and life for herself. She went on to pursue bachelor’s degrees in Education, Nursing, and Business.

Then in 2001, Melissa R. Williams discovered her calling as s motivational speaker. She has spoken at different prestigious events. Now, Melissa is a CEO of a multi-million dollar company, Recherche’ Enterprises. And because of her success story, she became an entrepreneurial coach and strategist to assist others in realizing their dreams.
