An Army Veteran with over 15 years of experience, Josh Holyfield.
Josh Holyfield has been deployed and supported the US Army and Special Operations.
In 2005, Josh started weightlifting and has been studying exercise science and nutrition as a hobby since. He used fitness as a way to help him overcome the mental and emotional challenges of serving in the military during combat deployments and then transitioning from that career to becoming a civilian.
Josh worked as a federal contractor and federal employee serving global SOF operations after his military service. Then he started “The Josh Holyfield Project” in 2019.
Since the start, he’s helped over 40,000 men with the tools and resources they need to transform their bodies and their minds using techniques that focus on creating sustainable habits, rather than short-term results. He walked away from his Federal position to help men full-time by offering programming and coaching to men all over the world in 2021.
He has built and scaled two 7-figure online businesses and works privately with entrepreneurs and advertisers to build and scale e-commerce and services-based businesses since 2017.
Josh shared about:
- How to maximize your potential.
- How does fitness help with mental and emotional health.
- How his army experience helped him build his own project.
