Chris Mirabile created ‘Slow My Age‘, his journey towards reversing his biological age and extending his lifespan.

Chris Mirabile is an accomplished entrepreneur, longevity researcher, and CEO of NOVOS, a consumer longevity biotech company.

He graduated from NYU Stern School of Business and won their business plan competition with his startup, Hotlist, a location-based social network that scaled to 220 million users.

Chris has advised biotech startups and NYU Langone Hospital, and launched several successful technology ventures. He’s been researching and integrating longevity practices and interventions into his life for over a decade and has achieved a biological age 13.6 years younger than his chronological age. According to epigenetic tests like DunedinPACE, Chris is aging 31% slower biologically than chronologically.
