Gayla Johnson is also a Comedy teacher/coach, real estate investor, bird/dog trainer and an ultimate dog mom.
Gayla Johnson is a versatile talent, known for her appearances on Showtime’s “Fierce Funny Women” and ABC’s sitcom “Don’t trust the B—-in Apartment 23.”
With a strong foundation in theater and a degree in Broadcast Communications, she transitioned seamlessly into public speaking and eventually tackled the challenging world of Standup Comedy. Gayla has a remarkable track record, having won numerous comedy competitions and earning honors like “MOST HILARIOUS COMEDIAN” from the LA COMEDY AWARDS.
Her career spans across television, with appearances in shows like “Brothers and Sisters,” “Beverly Hills 90210,” and “Martin,” as well as her participation in international comedy circuits in places like London and Montreal. Currently, she’s preparing for the distribution of her Comedy CD and working on her Musical CD titled “I don’t do Drugs.”
