Alicia Anagnostou is a speaker, coach, value-centered leader, and non-fiction writer.

Alicia serves as Vice President of Client Success and Retention for ADP, a Fortune 500 company. She founded First Edition Coaching, a values-based leadership organization.

She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership. Alicia has coached and mentored both emerging and established leaders in a wide array of industries. She believes in the importance of giving a voice to one’s core values through thoughtful word choice, purposeful messaging and the sharing of powerful life stories. Alicia believes that being of service to others is essential to creating a healthy workplace culture and community.
