Global Contact Center Management Trainer in Mastercard, Renzo Urzua.

Renzo Urzua is also a Co-Host of Lucha HSP, a Spanish podcast about wrestling.

Renzo grew up in a Latino and divorced family. He is a young father of 4. He has quit University and been a retail clerk and now found his success in the corporate world.

Currently, Renzo is working in Training and Design Implementation for the Mastercard Global Contact Centre organization. In this role, Renzo liaises with 37 different BPO’s globally, to ensure these contact centres are aligned with Mastercard’s global strategy. 

Renzo is a self-motivated and confident individual with a natural ability to challenge, coach and inspire.
A people leader with the strengths in training delivery, identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities with effective communication and public speaking skills. He has excellent networking capabilities. He has proficient reporting techniques demonstrating analytical and systems expertise focusing in frontline sales staff and the customer service environment.
