Jodi Guber Brufsky is also a Spiritual Entrepreneur, Modern Yogi.

Jodi was born into an unusual and amazing family, one that is often referred to as “Hollywood royalty.” Her father is a mega film producer, Peter Guber and her mother, Tara Guber, is a forward-thinking yogi philanthropist.

Growing up in the spotlight of the entertainment industry was tough. Jodi said that people were always noticing what she wore and how she looked. As a young woman who struggled with her weight for most of her childhood, it was challenging being compared to the skinny, beautiful women of movieland. She had to find a way to accept herself.

Jodi began practicing yoga. The teachings of yoga combined with the physical exercise helped her approach life with clarity. She stopped comparing herself to others and focused on living the life that was right for her. Instead of trying to change herself, she learned to love herself as she was and dress in a way that flattered her body so she could look and feel her very best.
